I was originally skeptical that Disinfection Technologies Group (DTG) would be able to rid my boat of the odors that had persisted through various other treatments and chemicals. I was pleasantly surprised by not only the results that were achieved but also the company's service and commitment to find and obliterate the source of the odor. They left no stone unturned, commissioning and treating water systems, head systems and HVAC systems. Everything they did was well documented and explained. I am a believer.

At first, we only used Disinfection Technologies Group (DTG) services to remove significant odors from our pre-owned vehicles. They were very successful at removing strong odors such as cigarette, cigar, and pet odors form our vehicles where other services and products only temporarily removed or masked the odors. We have come to realize however, that the service provided by DTG is something that would benefit all of our customers. They are not only removing odor, they are killing harmful bacteria, virus and mold in the vehicle including those in the AC system, a service all of our car buyers should have. We now utilize their service on all of our pre-owned vehicles and offer their services to all customers.

The promises that DTG made regarding what their process could provide our boat owners seemed too good to be true. We started giving them our boats with "significant" issues as a test, they passed with flying colors! We have started to offer Disinfection Technologies Group services to our boat owners and have received all positive feedback from our customers.

We had a water pipe leak behind the wall in our customer waiting area. Our plumbers came in and cut open the wall to repair the leak. The area had a musty, smelly odor which seemed to overtake the entire showroom. We seemed to have an unusual number of employee sick days as well. DTG arrived late evening so as not to disrupt our daily operations and treated the open wall cavity where the leak occurred as well as the entire seating area. They explained their process and made numerous trips back to our facility to ensure that the problem was mitigated and that we were happy. DTG was successful in completely removing the odor and our staff noticed significant improvement in air quality.

We recently moved to an old house and because of my severely compromised immune system, a friend suggested that I have Disinfection Technologies Group (DTG) come and treat the home. There were not only issues with mold and odor, we also have pets and had recently painted a number of rooms, so there were paint fumes as well. DTG came to our home on a Sunday and treated the entire home from top to bottom including the HVAC system. I was nervous about the process, but they explained what they were doing and that the product they used was an EPA registered, non-hazardous disinfectant, still with my health issues, I didn’t know what to expect. Although initially I could still smell remnants of the product they used, the change in air quality was dramatic. We had a closet with an unusual odor that we could not identify or get rid of ourselves. After several attempts using household cleaning products and suggestions from various sources we eventually fell upon sites recommending the use of ozone. The ozone made the air unbearable in the home and the closet smell itself was almost sour and intolerable. The ozone smell lingered for weeks after spreading throughout the home and no longer just in the closet area. We were referred by a real estate agent to DTG. He and his team created a plan and were very accommodating and informative. Taylor was a pleasure and when he came to our home he was thorough and diligent with extensive attention to detail. They went over and above to determine the source of the odor in the closet. Within two treatments we felt we could smell improvement. Throughout the process they assured us that they would not give up until it was resolved, and we were 100% satisfied. The best part is that their products left no additional odors or chemical smell. After the treatments we felt it just smelled clean and literally removed all "basement" type smells that are sometimes noticeable even in a finished basement.It has now been 8 months and the smell has been and remains gone. They definitely have a proven product and treatment(s) which they stand behind. There were no inconveniences such as lengthy chemical spraying, necessity to remove animals or time for which we had to be out of the home or area(s) being treated. We would definitely recommend and use again.
